But you are more interested in knowing how this tutoring is imparted and the technology behind this.

Most of the online tutoring providers charge on hourly basis and the charge per hour usually vary depending upon the subject and the tutor you choose. Some of the good tutoring services offer free trial sessions, so you can evaluate the standard before actually opting for a tutoring session.
Once you have signed up for the tutoring services you will need to choose the subject for which you want tutoring. After choosing the subject, you will be asked to select a tutor from the list of available tutors for that subject.
